Recommendations

Consultation

Four months in advance of the wedding date the bride and groom will come in for a consultation and determine what brand suit/color as well as what accessories that will be needed for the wedding day. Also at this time they will inform us of the names of each groomsman, father, father of the bride, usher, and children who are part of the wedding party.

Wedding Party Measurements

The bride/groom will inform all members of the wedding party to come into our store location so we can get all appropriate measurements to order the merchandise they chose. During this visit a 50% deposit is required from each individual.

Place Order

Once everyone has been measured the merchandise will be ordered. It normally takes about 6 to 8 weeks for everything to arrive, but on occasion an item may be back ordered which takes a little longer.

Alterations

When the merchandise arrives we will call the groom to inform everyone in the wedding party to come in to get the outfit altered. At this time the tailor or a trained staff member will mark the suit for required alterations and give each person a claim ticket for the amount due for the alterations upon pick-up. This is also the time when final payment for the merchandise is due.

Take It Home

Come in with your claim ticket to try on your altered suit. If any additional adjustments are needed they will be performed while you are here. This is the day you pay for your alterations and take home your entire outfit for the wedding.
